The staff here helped with caring for my elderly parents. Everything I need is available: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Restaurant, Fitness centre, Heated swimming pool. Perfect for my city trip.

I stayed at this hotel and enjoyed the restaurant and free parking, but the highlight was definitely the swimming pool - perfect for my Olympic training.

Oh, and let's not forget the cozy beds that made it so hard to get out in the morning. How dare they make sleep so comfortable!

The sink in the bathroom always fills up, leaving all the dirt and not draining properly.

We stayed at a hotel near a large mall with many shops and eating places. The hotel's location made it easy to travel using the metro because it was located near the Mall of Emirates Metro Station. I loved how close this hotel was to the popular mall, and the metro station is just a short walk away. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable.

The room was really comfy and cozy with a cool view from the twin room. The soundproofing was a big plus for a light sleeper like me. The bed linen and towels were top-notch.

I found the minibar in the room a bit pricey for my taste.
